BB11 Week 10 recap - "I wanted to vote for who was cuter, but you both look cute"
The first part of the HoH challenge is to roll on a log whilst holding on to your key. Natalie tries to distract Jordan by bringing up Michele's crush on Jeff. Natalie has a close escape, but Jordan is the first one out after Kevin convinces her that shaking will stop her from being cold. Natalie drops out to give it to Kevin after getting reassurances that their final 2 deal is still on - but Kevin actually intends to go to the end with Jordan.
The second part of the HoH is to roll balls containing the names of the past HoHs into the correct holes. Natalie scores 5 points and Jordan scores 9, meaning Jordan advances to the final part. Kevin is happy with this because he thinks Jordan will take him if she wins, but she's actually planning on evicting Kevin as he has won the most competitions.
The final part of the HoH is to answer questions about the jury. It goes down to a tiebreaker, and Jordan wins. Jordan evicts Kevin, making him the final member of the jury.
Jordan and Natalie are questioned by the jury. Jordan explains that her strategy was to lay under the radar. Natalie says she aligned with strong people and was loyal to all her allies. Natalie is asked who her biggest threat was, and she says Lydia. Jordan is asked what her best move was other than aligning with Jeff, and she says evicting Kevin.
By a vote of 5-2, Jordan wins Big Brother 11.

BB11 Week 9 recap - "Final 2 reversal"
The houseguests have to determine which statements are fact and which are fiction for the new HoH challenge, and Natalie claims her first challenge win. Natalie reassures Kevin she wants him in the final 2, but wants to put him on the block to throw the other two off. When she tells the girls Kevin is going up, they are shocked.
The houseguests go to the Big Brother Boutique for a luxury competition, where they have to pair up and match items of clothing. The quicker they do it, the more time they have for a shopping spree. Kevin is particularly excited to get a good haul, even stealing jeans and a coat from a mannequin.
Natalie opens Pandora's Box for the chance to spend 15 minutes with her boyfriend. In return, she gives up the right to play in the next veto competition. Natalie and her boyfriend have a sushi dinner, where he proposes to her with a fake ring.
Natalie doesn't want the houseguests to know she spent time with her boyfriend, so makes up a lie that she received a "final 2 reversal" and that any jury votes she receives will go to her opponent. Kevin instantly knows it's a lie, forcing Natalie to come clean and pretend it was a joke.
Natalie attends the nomination ceremony dressed in a crown and glasses, and nominates Michele and Kevin. Jordan is pleased to see Natalie and Kevin fight, but suspects that it's too good to be true when Natalie tries to convince her to vote out Michele if she wins the veto. Jordan wants to take Jeff's advice and stick with Michele...meaning for Kevin, it's win or go home.
The PoV competition is to arrange a stack of blocks with houseguest's names on them in the right order. Michele lays her blocks on the ground, and gets off to a good start. But her first attempt is wrong and her system falls apart. Kevin has to take apart his stack to remove a placeholder block. Kevin wins the PoV.
Natalie's reaction to Kevin's victory makes Michele a little uneasy, thinking they were probably together all along. Michele tells Kevin if he keeps her, she'll take him to the end as she doesn't want Natalie to win.
Kevin uses the veto on himself, and has to choose between evicting Jordan or Michele. He evicts Michele, who leaves the house in her devil horns.

BB11 Week 8 recap - "It's dirty money now, because it was definitely in some tight places"
The HoH challenge is to fill up a bowl with hot chocolate. Jordan falls repeatedly, much to Jeff's amusement. Natalie takes her time, relying on Kevin to keep his lead. Michele can't catch up and Kevin wins HoH.
Kevin weighs his options for nominations, wanting to make sure the strongest people are on the block. He views Jeff as a triple threat and is willing to break his deal to put him up. Jordan gets worried that Jeff might be in danger since he's the strongest player left.
Michele is crying as she thinks she's going home. Natalie openly declares she wants Michele to go on the block, just so if Jeff survives the week he won't come after her. Kevin tells Jeff he might put him up just so that he doesn't veto Jordan and force Natalie on the block, but Jeff is unhappy that Kevin is going back on his word.
Kevin nominates Jeff and Michele. Jordan feels she let Jeff down by not winning HoH, but Jeff feels he has his destiny in his own hands.
Kevin finds Pandora's Box in his HoH room, and opens it for the chance to win $10,000. But his hand gets trapped and it's the other houseguests that reap the benefits when dollar bills rain down on the backyard. The key to release Kevin is in the house, but Natalie goes back to get more money instead. Kevin convinces Jeff to free him by telling him it's the only way he can keep the money.
The PoV challenge is to identify which two houseguests make up the alien face on the screen. Kevin, Natalie and Michele all do pretty well, but Jeff struggles, even failing to recognize himself. When the times are revealed, Michele wins the PoV and Jeff sulks, knowing he's going home.
Though Jeff is resigned to his fate, Michele tells him she wants him to stay. A tearful Jordan would also be fine with going home instead of Jeff, as she feels he is more deserving than her. Michele tries to get Kevin to turn on Natalie by telling him she won't want to take him to the final 2 and that she'd be tough to beat.
Michele uses the veto on herself, and Kevin puts Jordan up as a replacement. With the showmance now on the block, Jordan says it feels like a breakup. Jeff tries to keep her positive, as he wants her to go on and win. Jeff's final offer to Natalie is to throw the next HoH, and whilst Natalie does want the guaranteed safety, she's not sure she wants to betray her only ally.
The vote is a 1-1 tie, meaning the final decision lies with Kevin. He evicts Jeff, who gives Jordan a goodbye kiss on the way out.

BB11 Week 7 recap - "Various stages of hotness"
Russell may have been spared at the last eviction, but Jeff still has him in his sights. The next HoH competition is to fill up a chute with cans, and Jeff beats Kevin by one can to win, giving him the opportunity to make a move.
Jeff tells Russell he's heard he was coming after him, and Russell denies that's what he said. Jordan doesn't believe him and pushes the issue, to which Russell admits he doesn't want to face Jeff in the finals but hopes they stick to their final 4 deal.
Jeff decides he would rather go with Kevin and Natalie, but thinks the best move would be to keep Russell off the block and then backdoor him if any of the four of them win PoV. Come nomination time, this is what he does, nominating Natalie and Kevin to make Russell feel safe.
Russell starts getting paranoid when Jeff doesn't let him into the HoH room, though it turns out he was just sleeping. The stress of the impeding betrayal starts getting to Jeff and he snaps at Jordan for refusing to study for competitions and not adding anything in his awkward conversation with Michele.
The PoV challenge is to bring bananas to Otev the ape. Jordan and Natalie are the first two out, but then Kevin manages to knock out Russell in the third round. The final round comes down to Jeff and Michele, and Jeff brings out the mind games to win the veto.
Russell promises fireworks if he goes up. At the veto ceremony, Jeff takes Russell off the block and puts Russell on the block. In the resulting confrontation, Russell threatens to punch Jeff if he sees him in the jury house, but Jeff isn't scared of him. Russell goes to Kevin and tells him that by keeping him in, he's got someone strong willing to go after Jeff for him, and Kevin considers the option.
By a vote of 3-0, Russell is evicted from the house.

BB11 Week 6 recap - "The only reason I'm staying right now is because I want vindiction"
Chima is mad that Jeff blocked her attempt to get Russell out, but he maintains that Jessie and Natalie were walking to the finals if he hadn't done something about it. Michele wins the knockout HoH, and Chima is hoping she can push her to get Russell out again. Chima, Natalie and Lydia all toast to Jessie's memory.
Michele nominates Chima and Natalie for eviction. But Chima doesn't want to give them the satisfaction of evicting her, and spends the day acting up - disobeying instructions and throwing her microphone in the hot tub. Chima is summoned to the diary room and expelled from the game.
Kevin cries over the Chima situation, but Natalie blames Michele. The next day, Michele is informed that her HoH reign is over and a new HoH competition will start shortly. Since Chima her was target anyway, Michele is satisfied that her goal has been met, even if it came in an unconventional way.
The HoH competition is a golf tournament. Lydia and Natalie are the first out, leaving it all on Kevin. Russell gives Natalie a phone call from home, but makes sure everyone knows it wasn't from kindness. The final 2 are Jeff and Jordan and Jeff throws it so Jordan can have HoH. Lydia ends up in the unitard.
Lydia melts down and asks to be voted out. Jordan gives her the opportunity, when she nominates her next to Natalie. Jordan tells Natalie she's a pawn, but would actually rather see her leave as she's the bigger threat.
Natalie and Lydia have been brought closer together after realizing Jessie was trying to play them. Kevin comes up with a plan to turn Jeff against Russell by telling him he has a final 2 deal with Michele and was going after him next round. Jeff and Jordan talk about it and she thinks it's too early to turn on him.
The PoV competition is a before or after quiz. Jordan beats Michele in a tiebreaker to win the veto. Jordan decides not to use it, and keep her nominations the same.
By a vote of 3-1, Lydia is evicted from the house.

BB11 Week 5 recap - "We're just calling it the wizard"
Chima is the new HoH after answering questions about phone calls to the house. Although Natalie is trying to convince her to keep Russell in the game, Chima wants to do what's best for her. Russell tries to make up with Chima, saying their issue was personal and not strategic. Chima opens up about her past and revealed she was raped, which shocks the houseguests and makes them see her in a new light.
Natalie and Jessie fight over how to handle Lydia. This makes Chima think she needs Lydia out, so she nominates her alongside Russell. Russell is mad at his alliance turning on him, which pushes him closer to Jeff. Russell can't believe that Michele doesn't remember what she said about Chima, so lashes out at her and calls her crazy.
Jessie is still worried about being taken out by the mystery power, so is annoyed when Russell picks Jeff to play in the veto competition instead of him. The competition is to move eggs through a chain link fence. Kevin takes a strong lead, whilst Jeff and Natalie struggle. In a close race between Kevin and Russell, Kevin wins by seconds.
Lydia is hoping that Kevin will take him off the block, but Kevin is hoping to avoid making enemies if possible. Russell makes a desperate plea to Jessie to get Jeff put on the block. Jessie tries to warn Jeff about Russell turning on him, hoping that if Jeff has the mystery power, he won't use it to save Russell. Kevin decides not to use the veto, which disappoints Lydia.
Russell tells Jessie that the needs to consider keeping him in the game to prevent the women banding together, but Jessie is still hurt that Russell picked Jeff over him at the veto draw. When Jessie sees Russell campaigning to Michele, he tries to shut it down by reminding her he called her crazy.
Jeff uses the Coup d'Etat to overthrow Chima's nominations and replace them with Jessie and Natalie. By a 3-2 vote, Jessie is evicted from the house, leaving Lydia in tears.

BB11 Week 4 recap - "You wanna catch a snake, you gotta be a mongoose. And I'm that mongoose"
Julie lets the houseguests know that the cliques are gone, and that one of them will soon be receiving a mystery power. The HoH competition is to hold on to a swinging ropes. Jessie is concerned when all his allies start dropping one by one. Soon only Russell and Jeff are left, and at Jessie's encouragement, Russell promises to put up Ronnie if he drops. Jeff drops, after getting Russell to swear on his dad.
Natalie tells Russell to put up Kevin, as she's pissed he got $5000 after dropping from the challenge first. But Russell isn't going to listen to anyone else, and will do what he wants. Russell talks to Jeff about partnering up in order to dominate the house.
Lydia goes to Russell and tells him that Natalie and Jessie will probably turn on him now that the cliques are done, but the others tell him it's a blatant lie. Ronnie talks to Russell and reminds him that he didn't nominate him when he had the chance.
Russell nominates Lydia and Ronnie. Chima, Jessie and Natalie want Ronnie to stay, but Russell is adamant about getting him out. Natalie and Jessie talk to Michele to see if she would vote their way, but they don't get a good read on where her head is at.
The PoV competition is to guess the amounts of items in the backyard. Michele gets two points from being the only one not to fold, including a bluff on the rat question. Michele wins the veto, giving her all the power for the week.
Natalie and Jessie get paranoid when Michele and Russell start talking, but Jessie is happy to let them talk. Chima teases Russell about his new friend, and now he's considering putting her up. Michele decides not to use the veto, declaring her allegiance to Russell's side of the house. But when she tells Russell that Chima wanted him out of the house, she ends up causing an argument and having to backtrack.
Ronnie's plan is to play on Jordan's emotions and get her to throw him a sympathy vote, knowing that would be enough to keep him with Natalie, Jessie and Chima on his side. However, he chooses to do his campaigning right when Jeff and Jordan are making out.
The mystery power ends up being the Coup d'Etat, which can overthrow the HoHs nominations. The power is granted to Jeff, who has two weeks to use it. When given the chance to use it during the eviction ceremony, he chooses not to use it.
By a vote of 4-3, Ronnie is evicted from the house.

BB11 Week 3 recap - "It's not always a good thing to be ridiculously good-looking"
Jessie wins HoH, which gives Ronnie a little hope as he thinks he's the person most likely to hear him out. Ronnie is still being shunned by the house, but Natalie thinks Casey is a threat after seeing him come close to winning twice. Casey is very adamant that Jessie stick to the plan, making Natalie even more wary of him.
Ronnie does some damage control and apologizes to Michele. Michele tries to talk to Jessie, not knowing where she stands, but isn't very convincing in getting Jessie to trust her.
Lydia and Natalie are both vying for Jessie's affections. Lydia gets jealous when she sees Jessie give a massage to Jessie. The two girl clash again when Lydia tries to take Natalie's bed. Natalie tells Jessie she's going after Lydia if she wins HoH, but doesn't expect Jessie to do the same.
Jessie nominates Jordan and Michele for eviction. Ronnie is surprised not to be nominated, but half the house still think the plan is to backdoor him. But with no reason to go after Ronnie, Jessie tries to convince people to keep him in. Casey gets concerned when he sees Ronnie playing truth or dare with Russell of all people, and is afraid he might be getting back in people's good graces.
The PoV competition is to hunt for truffles in a mud pit. Casey ends up with a banana suit and takes a margarita party, which solidifies Jessie's desire to get rid of him. Jessie gets 31 points, but Michele gets 37 points and wins the veto.
After talking with Jessie, Michele gets the feeling Casey is going up instead of Ronnie. Kevin and Lydia decide they want to keep Casey because he's in their clique and they think the athletes have too much power. Jeff gets word that Casey might be nominated and decides to warn him. Casey immediately goes to Jessie and tells him he's not targeting him.
Michele uses the PoV on herself, and Jessie puts Casey in the block. Casey is mad that Jessie was rude to him at the veto meeting, and campaigns to stay by convincing people to rise up against Jessie and Ronnie.
By a vote of 7-1, Casey is evicted from the house, following a heated exchange with Jessie and Natalie.

BB11 Week 2 recap - "Clearly they're not popular in the Big Brother house"
The houseguests compete for HoH by matching descriptions to the cliques the viewers chose for them. It comes down to two brains...Michele and Ronnie. Ronnie wins HoH, and most of the houseguests are happy because they consider him an ally. Laura seems to be the only one aware that Ronnie is playing both sides and tries to make sure everyone knows what he's doing.
Chima is mad at Michele for voting for her. Jeff still wants to know who switched their vote, but Ronnie still won't admit it. Ronnie hears what Laura has been saying about him, and this has put her on his radar.
The houseguests compete in a luxury competition, where one man and one woman will get to attend a screening of The Ugly Truth by answering questions about the opposite sex. Casey wins the competition for the men and is disappointed to have his least favorite choice, Chima, accompanying him. The winners have to decide who goes on slop, and Chima pressures Casey into agreeing to choose the popular crowd.
Laura's side of the house want Ronnie to backdoor Russell, but plead for him not to put any of them up as pawns as they'll go home. Ronnie talks to Jessie just to get reassurance Russell isn't after him and once he does, decides to nominate Jeff and Laura for eviction.
Ronnie tells Laura and Jeff he doesn't want either of the to go home, but neither of them believe him. Russell has another blowup on Lydia, which is making Natalie very nervous about being in an alliance with him. An upset Lydia talks about the possibility of backdooring him, but that plan gets harder when Russell drawn to play in the PoV.
The PoV challenge is to fill a bucket with a certain amount of coins. Ronnie's strategy of estimating with his hands doesn't work, as he ends up way off the target amount and is eliminated first. Jeff narrowly beats Russell in the final round to win the PoV.
Ronnie wants to get Russell out but he's knows he's gonna flip out so needs to make sure he has the votes. Laura, Kevin and Lydia are up for it, but Jessie is opposed. Ronnie carefully considers his options to avoid making a mistake. When Jeff uses the veto on himself, Ronnie decides it's not time to take out Russell and puts Jordan up.
Laura appeals to Ronnie to break up the couple, so he starts asking around to see who's up for it. When nobody bites, he throws Russell under the bus by saying it was his idea. Laura adamantly denies this and brings out Ronnie to admit to his lies, but he stays silent.
Everyone has figured out Ronnie is the rat, and Russell in particular is giving him a hard time. Ronnie locks himself in his HoH room to get away from him.
By a vote of 8-1, Laura is evicted from the house.

BB11 Week 1 recap - "It's Revenge Of The Nerds all over again"
12 houseguests enter the house where they learn they will be divided into four high school cliques: popular, athletes, offbeat and brains. This blows several people's strategies up right away, as Michele didn't want people to know she was a neurosurgeon and Natalie was hiding that she is a Tae Kwon Do champion.
The first HoH challenge sees all the houseguests suspended in a wedgie position with their groups. The houseguests are shocked to learn that the winning houseguest will not be the new HoH, but will instead have a fourth member added to their clique who will. Russell and Natalie outlast the rest to secure a win for the athletes, meaning that Jessie gets to enter the house.
Jessie looks to Jeff for guidance with nominations, but he isn't much help. Ronnie wants to form an alliance between the brains and the athletes. Laura is flirting with Jessie to try and get on his good side, but he sees right through her. Lydia gives Jessie a massage, hoping it'll keep her off the block.
The Have Not competition is to build a pipeline across the yard. All the cliques except the athletes will take part for the right to become the "in-crowd". The losers will go on slop and have to sleep in the uncomfortable bedroom. The offbeats are the first to complete the task, lead by Casey. The brains lose the challenge after Ronnie over-complicates his pipe, causing Chima to freak out.
Natalie suggests one of the brains goes up as a pawn to disguise their alliance, and Ronnie agrees but tries to make sure it isn't him. Jessie wants Laura to go up, but Russell doesn't see her as threat and wants Lydia out instead.
In the end, Jessie listens to his alliance and nominates Lydia and Chima for eviction. Lydia cries at her unexpected nomination, and is comforted by several houseguests, including Jeff. Jessie and Russell get concerned that their athlete buddy might flip on them so Russell moves quickly to secure Laura.
The PoV competition is to search zits for letters to spell words. Jessie locks his in early and is wrong. Chima, Lydia and Jeff also fail to get a word, with Jeff going for "Tecnotronics". Russell wins the PoV with "shotgun".
Russell is annoyed at Jeff for spending a lot of time with Jordan, and decides to ridicule him for his poor performance in the veto competition. This just further cements Jeff's isolation from the rest of his clique and he tells Natalie he doesn't like them and always felt excluded.
Lydia tries to work Russell to get the veto used on her and suggests that Braden goes up. Russell tells Ronnie the plan, but since Ronnie doesn't trust Russell anymore, he warns Braden he's in trouble. Russell notices a change in Braden's behaviour and thinks Ronnie leaked the plan, but Ronnie denies it when confronted.
Russell uses the veto on Lydia and Braden is put up in his place. Russell lets Braden know that Lydia got him put up, in order to assure he self-destructs. It works, and Braden starts slinging insults at Lydia, getting into an argument with her and Kevin. Lydia's anger spills over onto Jordan, who gets irked that she's being brought into it when she hadn't done anything.
Jordan doesn't want to lose one of her clique, so her and Laura try to convince Ronnie to go against the athletes. Ronnie considers it, but Casey needs to be on board.
A 5-5 tie results in Jessie needing to cast the deciding vote, and he evicts Braden.

BB10 Week 10 recap - "It's times like this where you look somebody in the face and find out whether they're a true Renegade"
The first part of the HoH is to stand on a plane. Dan pretends to be mad at Memphis so Jerry doesn't know they're working together. Once Jerry falls off, the plan was for Memphis to drop out too - but he doesn't and Dan starts to struggle. Memphis does eventually fall, meaning Dan wins the first part.
The second part of the HoH challenge requires Memphis and Jerry to knock down all the contestants except that round's HoH and final nominees. Memphis goes through it quickly but makes several mistakes. When the times are revealed, it isn't even close and Memphis wins by over 40 minutes.
The Renegades will now face off in the final part of the HoH, and both want to win so they can build a better case for the jury. The challenge is to guess statements made by the jury. Dan wins and chooses to evict Jerry.
Dan and Memphis are grilled by the jury. Memphis says he went into the game with a business plan, and Dan explains he had a reason for all of his actions. Memphis is asked whether he deserves to win having not won a single HoH. Dan is asked what his best move is, and says it was backdooring Michelle.
By a vote of 7-0, Dan is crowned the winner of Big Brother 10.
Thursday, 9 January 2014
BB10 Week 9 recap - "What exactly is a fruitless exit?"
Dan is the new HoH after answering questions about photos of past challenges. When the houseguests go back into the house, they're surprised to see a sumo wrestler in the living room. Dan eventually realizes he's sitting on an envelope, which tells them that a luxury competition is coming up.
The houseguests are woken up by Jessie in a gorilla suit for the challenge, which is to find the phrase among the random objects. Jerry wastes his three guesses on decoy items, whereas Dan decides to wait until he's sure. Eventually all the items are covered up except a berry and a hatching egg, and Memphis still has no idea what it is. Dan guesses "bury the hatchet", which is correct, and he wins a trip to a private Island with a jury member.
Dan and Memphis discuss nominations, and agree that him putting Memphis on the block is a good way to cover up their alliance. It turns out to be a success, as it brings Keesha closer to Dan and makes Jerry gravitate towards Memphis.
Dan has chosen Michelle to accompany him on his trip, saying it's because she lost out on the Hawaii trip. He uses their time together to smooth things over with Michelle and explain her eviction a bit better. He also makes sure to let her know that Memphis and Keesha knew she was getting backdoored.
The PoV competition is to create a staircase using the names of evicted houseguests. Dan decides to throw it so that someone else will have the blood on their hands. Memphis makes it to the top before Keesha to win PoV.
Dan and Memphis debate who they would rather face in the final 3 and are leaning towards Jerry. Keesha starts getting nervous that she's leaving and confronts the boys about it. When they refuse to answer her, her fears are confirmed. Keesha feels hurt, and says Memphis now has no chance at her jury vote.
Memphis takes himself off the block, and votes to evict Keesha. As she leaves the house, Dan whispers to her that he took Michelle on the trip.

BB10 Week 8 recap - "In the twink of an eye"
Jerry is alone in the house and is taking on Dan, Memphis and Renny in a must-win HoH competition. The challenge is to roll a ball up a ramp and match the date of the house event given. Dan leads for the first few rolls but one bad roll puts Jerry in the lead. Jerry wins HoH, which is the worst case scenario for the alliance of four.
Keesha, Dan and Memphis want to see Renny go home now that Jerry's immune, but they all have no idea what he's going to do. Jerry goes to Memphis with a final 2 proposal and Memphis accepts in order to keep the Renegades from going on the block together.
Jerry nominates Dan and Keesha. Renny is already paranoid that Memphis will win veto and force her onto the block...a concern which is not unfounded, as Renny is the only person he doesn't have a final 2 deal with and someone he views as a big jury threat. Dan spends the day winding Renny up so she'll be off her game for the veto challenge.
The PoV challenge is to identify the parents of mocked-up baby pictures. Renny puts in a terrible time after getting stuck on a picture of Jerry. Dan and Memphis are both close, but Memphis wins the PoV.
Memphis wants to use the veto on Dan, but needs to make sure he doesn't upset Jerry or Keesha by doing it. He assures them both that no matter what happens, he plans to stay loyal to their deal. Against Jerry's wishes, Memphis takes Dan off the block, forcing Jerry to put up Renny.
Realizing that Dan and Memphis are loyal to eachother, Jerry tries to make Keesha aware of that and convince her to stick with him. Renny and Keesha are sad about being on the block together, as they have grown very close.
By a vote of 2-0, Renny is evicted from the house.
Tuesday, 7 January 2014
BB10 Week 7 recap - "We're gonna play a very high-stakes game I like to call replacement nominee roulette"
The HoH challenge is to hold on to a vine which is being repeatedly slammed into a wall. It comes down to Ollie and Dan. Ollie drops off when Dan offers him the chance to pick a nominee and a replacement nominee.
Ollie wants to put up Dan's closest ally Memphis, leaving Dan in a tough spot. Needing two votes to keep him in, Dan tries to get Renny on board for an alliance containing Keesha and Memphis, but Renny doesn't trust Memphis at all. When Memphis hears the deal Dan made, he thinks it's idiotic to stick to it.
In the end, Dan sticks to his deal and nominates Memphis and Jerry. Memphis is nervous, but Dan assures his allies that if the veto is used, he's going to renege on his deal with Ollie and send Michelle home.
The PoV competition involves using a harness to retrieve puzzle pieces from the opposite side of a platform, and completing a puzzle. Keesha wins the first heat against Dan and Michelle, and takes on Memphis, the winner of heat two. Memphis wins the veto, and the plan is to backdoor Michelle.
Dan needs a way to cover himself after breaking his deal with Ollie, so stirs up some drama by asking everyone at the veto ceremony who they think should be the replacement nominee. In the end, Dan puts Michelle on the block. Ollie is furious and has a massive tantrum, feeling Dan humiliated him. Ollie and Michelle even accuse Dan of being a plant.
By a vote of 3-1, Michelle is evicted from the house.
The next HoH competition is to match contestants to headlines. Keesha wins it after a tiebreaker round with Jerry. Making nominations immediately, she puts Jerry and Ollie on the block as the only remaining players outside her alliance. The PoV competition is to find the veto medallions in the haystack. Dan is the first to do so, and chooses not to use it.
By a vote of 3-0, Ollie is evicted from the house and leaves as quickly as possible.

BB10 Week 6 recap - "They say the only two things that can survive a nuclear blast are cockroaches and slop"
Renny is emotional after becoming the new HoH. April thinks she is going up, but is hoping it's against Jerry and not Ollie. Renny also has her eye on Memphis, as she sees him as a threat.
Renny is looking for a pawn to put up in order to avoid making enemies. Dan tries to dissuade her from this, as he sees it as an unnecessary risk. Renny has a talk with Ollie to try and see where his head is at, as the two have not talked strategy at all.
Renny nominates April and Jerry, which surprised a lot of the houseguests. Dan thinks Renny must have made a deal with Ollie, so it's crucial that nominations are kept the same. To everyone's disappointment, Ollie is drawn to play in the veto.
The backyard is turned into a creepy graveyard for the PoV competition, which tests Ollie's fear of birds and Keesha's fear of cockroaches. The task is to answer questions based on the items in the graveyard and get closest to the correct answer. Jerry goes into the lead with 2 points, but Dan ties it up. Ollie had been mostly folding, but is forced to play once his opponents are one answer away. On the final question, Dan wins the veto.
April needs to get the veto from Dan so wants to give him one of her gold bars. But Dan wants April and Ollie broken up, so is actually considering using the veto on his enemy, Jerry. Dan goes to Renny and tries to figure out who she would put up, but Renny doesn't show her cards.
At the veto ceremony, Dan doesn't use the veto but reveals that one of the nominees offered him money. Michelle wants to figure out which one it was, and suspects Jerry. This is not enough to convince Keesha to change her vote however, as she wants April gone. Ollie tries to persuade Dan to vote his way by telling him that neither of them are coming after him.
By a vote of 4-1, April is evicted from the house.
Sunday, 5 January 2014
BB10 Week 5 recap - "You will always be Judas in my house"
Renny wants Michelle to put April up, so tells her that she's the biggest threat. Michelle nominates Libra and Keesha, but Jerry makes it clear he thinks Dan should be on the block. Dan gets nervous when Jerry is drawn to play in the veto competition, as he knows there's a good chance he could use it.
The PoV competition is to cut up onions and put them in a box. Jerry wins the veto, and wants to use it to get Dan out. He's decided to call Dan "Judas" for the rest of the week, and encourages others to do the same.
Libra has a private talk with Ollie, where she tells him that Keesha was the one behind Jessie's eviction. The girls then turn on eachother when Michelle lets Keesha know that Libra accused her of sucking up to April, a comment Libra claims was a joke.
At the veto ceremony, Jerry launches an attack on Dan, but opts not to use the veto. This ends up creating a lot of sympathy for Dan, which he loves.
Ollie and April want to keep Libra in the house, but they need Dan's vote to do it. Unfortunately for them, Dan has formed an alliance with Memphis called the Renegades, and they have plans to keep Keesha around.
By a 6-0 vote, Libra is evicted from the house and is the first member of the jury.

BB10 Week 4 recap - "Anybody want cake?"
The HoH challenge is to hang on to the side of a building. Dan throws the competition as he is America's Player for the week. Renny manages to outlasts Ollie, Jessie and Memphis before falling. It comes down to April and Michelle. Michelle drops out after April promises her and Jessie safety for the week, making April the new HoH.
April and Libra start getting worried when they see Keesha getting close with Memphis. When Renny tips her off to this, Keesha decides she can't let Memphis get voted out. Dan has been asked by America to get Jessie nominated however, so that's who he targets.
April nominates Memphis and Jessie. She makes sure Jessie knows that Memphis is her target and she wants to keep the promise she made to Michelle. Jessie gets an emotional hug from Dan...although it's just part of his America's Player task.
Libra's feelings get hurt when she feels April isn't giving her respect as a competitor. Jessie overhears Libra complaining about April, and decides to relay this back to her. Libra, April and Keesha all get into an argument until they realize Jessie was just stirring the pot. Libra and Jessie have a heated exchange, before joining in an awkward birthday song for Keesha.
The PoV is a hockey competition, with prizes for every player. April wins gold bars of cash that she ends up splitting with Jerry and Libra. Jerry gets the veto, and Libra takes Michelle's Hawaiian vacation, pissing off Michelle, who is left with the unitard. Jerry decides not to use the PoV.
Libra and Keesha start thinking about how they can get Jessie out without April's knowledge. They know they have Renny, and decide to ask Dan to be their 4th vote. However, Jerry is trying to make sure Dan stays with the plan to evict Memphis, leaving America's Player in the swing vote position.
By a vote of 4-3, Jessie is evicted from the house.

BB10 Week 3 recap - "There's a difference between a sign that says Do Not Enter and one that says Slow Down"
Keesha is the new HoH after answering correctly about the house's missing items, and is ready to change up the game. Instead of going after the easy targets, Keesha has her sights set on Angie, who she blames for Steven's exit.
Keesha decides to let Memphis know that she wants to put Angie up, and that she's noticed the two of them are close. Memphis tells the rest of his alliance and panic starts to set in. Libra is another option Keesha is considering, but they talk through their issues and Libra gives her some honesty by admitting she had her doubts.
April tells Keesha to put Memphis up next to Angie. Jessie tries to convince her to get Libra out instead by putting her up next to Dan. In the end, Keesha nominates Jessie alongside Angie, to send him a message about his arrogance.
Jessie's response is to throw Libra under the bus and say she's the one orchestrating everything. Now he's confident of winning the veto and getting Libra out. The PoV challenge is to stay in a flowerbed the closest to an hour. Keesha ends up being the only one that doesn't go over and wins the challenge.
With nothing to lose, Angie tells Keesha to use the veto on Jessie and put Libra up. April and Ollie are starting to feel Libra is becoming a liability, but Keesha gave Libra her word. This enrages Jessie, but Keesha refuses to budge. At the veto ceremony, Keesha chooses not to use the veto.
Jerry and Memphis have a falling out when Jerry calls him a womanizer. Jerry also ends up having words with Michelle after Angie tells her he'd been calling her cocky. Jessie has been told he's safe, so he starts acting cocky by antagonizing Libra and insulting Jerry. His complacency annoys the rest of the houseguests, and they consider sending him home instead.
By a vote of 8-0, Angie is evicted from the house.

BB10 Week 2 recap - "If all the houseguests know one thing, it's that Jessie loves Jessie"
Jessie is the new HoH after winning the majority rules competition. Brian's friends feel they have the rest of the house against them and Angie is starting to regret trying to save him. Libra wants Angie and Steven to go up, but Jessie wants to go after Renny to settle a personal score.
The houseguests divide into teams for the food competition, which is to collect wine from a large barrel. Libra and April complain about having the two oldest people (Jerry and Renny) on their team. Inevitably they lose the challenge, and are not happy at having to eat slop.
Dan asks to use Jessie's bathroom as a chance to get him on-on-one. But his plan fails when Ollie follows him up to the HoH room. When he does get a chance to talk to him, he makes the point that he stood by Brian with his vote and offers Jessie the same loyalty. Jessie nominates Dan and Steven, telling Steven he felt disrespected when he didn't come up to his HoH room.
Memphis and Jessie expand their alliance by bringing in Angie and Michelle, and agree on Steven as their target. Keesha doesn't want Steven to leave, so he's happy when she ends up drawn to play in the veto competition, as she's already told him she would consider using it for him. The rest of the girls are turned off when Keesha starts arguing for Steven to stay.
The PoV competition is to decipher the Big Brother phrase from a group of licence plates. Dan throws the competition in order to maintain his weak persona. Libra resists the temptation of a slop pass, but ends up leaving empty-handed when she answers the next one wrong. Michelle beats Keesha to win the PoV.
Keesha's performance in the veto competition has confirmed her as untrustworthy in Libra's eyes. Keesha is annoyed by having to defend herself again, and now wants to see her get backdoored. Libra gets into an argument with Renny over her comments about being on a team with the old people, which only adds fuel to the fire.
In the end, Michelle backs out of the big move and decides to keep the nominations the same. Steven wants to go out fighting, whilst Dan plans to lay low. Steven argues that he voted for Brian when Dan didn't, but the perception of the house is that he's a better competitor than Dan.
By a vote of 9-0, Steven is evicted from the house.

BB10 Week 1 recap - "Cut the baby in half"
The 13 houseguests prepare to begin the game, but have to select a HoH before they even enter the house. Jerry wins the first impressions vote, and is the first HoH. Renny disapproves of the choice as she was offended by the old man touching April's boobs.
Brian makes an alliance with Ollie and Dan. He then convinces Jerry to put up Renny and Jessie, after an argument that erupted between the pair the previous night following Renny waking Jessie up. The conflict escalates further after Jessie claims Renny didn't apologize.
Brian thinks he is running the show, and starts to make deals with everybody. Memphis is the least receptive to his heavy strategizing, which puts him on Brian's target list. Meanwhile, a potential romance blossoms as Ollie and April start to grow closer.
The PoV competition is to grab bears from a bed and put them in jars. Michelle puts in a solid showing, but Jessie wins the PoV. Brian, who thinks he is running the show, tries to get Jerry to put Memphis up as a replacement.
Brian is confident Memphis is going home and is letting people know. But after seeing how he's trying to play everybody, Libra is starting to see Brian as a threat. After suspecting an alliance between the boys, April tries to get Ollie to confess, which he does. Libra takes a group up to the HoH room to pressure Jerry into breaking his alliance with Brian and put him up, but he's not sure he trusts them.
At the PoV ceremony, Brian and Dan are shocked when Jerry nominates Brian as Jessie's replacement. Brian tries to get answers from Jerry and learns Ollie turned on him.
Brian puts on a puppet show as part of his unusual strategy for staying the house. Angie starts campaigning for Brian to stay. April gets nervous when she sees her with Keesha, and Keesha calls her out for talking behind her back.
By a 9-1 vote, Brian is the first person evicted from the house.
